Rosa’s Thai Cafe Recipes – Chu Chi Salmon Curry

Greetings. We haven’t released a new online cooking class for a while so time for us to remedy that. Today we have a great dish which is isn’t very well known but deserves to be. It’s one of Saiphin’s specialisties and we call it Chu Chi Salmon Red Curry. This isn’t something you’ll find anywhere else and that makes us rather proud. We hope you have fun cooking it.

Have fun and happy eating – once you’re done please feel free to publish photos of your creations on our Facebook page.

  1. Hi there,
Your blog is really well written and invigorating, therefore we’ve picked your blog to trial our new London restaurant widget.

The widget comes with an API show‌ing any RESTAURANT MENU of your choice. It’s FREE and always will be because we at MenuSpring are foodies at heart just as you are.

If you are interested just drop me a line or give me a call.
    Best,
    Matt
    🙂

  2. Hi.
Thank you for you recent youtube recipes.

Could you please let us have a simple recipe, perhaps like the sauce recipe for Spicy Beef Salad?…. for us guys who can’t really cook very much successfully.

    Please

    Thank you
    Ish.

  3. Thanks for posting these online recipes. I have only just discovered them and they are great. I am moving to Thailand later this year and want to have a go at cooking more Thai dishes before I get there. I can already cook a mean green curry but I look forward to expanding my range. Thanks again, I look forward to more.
