How do I book a table?
The easiest way to secure a table in one of our cafés is to pop in or call us directly (click on ‘LOCATIONS’ above to find the address and phone number of your nearest Rosa’s). You can also book online here.
Can we just turn up?
Walk-ins are always welcome. At busy times, there may be a wait from 15 minutes up to 1 hour, but we’ll get you sitting down and eating as quickly as possible. At busy times, we may request your table back after 1.5 hours (don’t worry about feeling rushed: there should be plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal).
Can I book on Twitter?
We currently don’t take bookings via social media but do follow @RosasThaiCafe for some great foodie chat and a whole lot of pictures of delicious Thai food.
What if we’re running late?
We’re understanding people here at Rosa’s, so we’re always happy to hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time. If you haven’t arrived, we’ll give you a call before releasing it. Give us a call if you’re running late and we’ll do our best to fit you in anyway.
What if I need to change my reservation?
Please try to give us at least one day’s notice of changes or cancellations. If that’s not possible, just call us when you can and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.
Parties at Rosa’s
We’re celebrating. Can we bring a group?
To secure your group reservation, we need a credit card number – but you’ll only be charged if your group doesn’t show up on the day of the party.
Is there a minimum spend for groups?
For most of the year (1 January – 31 October), groups of 11 or more guests can choose from our set menus. If you’d prefer to stick with the main menu, we just ask for a minimum food spend of £15 per head (plus drinks and service).
During the party season (1 November – 31 December) groups of 11 or more guests are invited to dine from our Christmas Set Menu. Check back in August when we announce our new Christmas Menu!
Can we bring a cake?
You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cakes (and baby food for any little ones), but we’ve got a great selection of food and drink, so please don’t pack a picnic!
How do I change our reservation?
Please let us know by phone or reply to your booking confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to the final number of guests or dietary requirements.
