Thanks for your question!
My husband, Alex, and I started off in London with Thai food stall in Brick Lane in 2006. We had just moved back from Hong Kong and felt uninspired by the kind of Thai food available in the UK. The whole waterfalls, coconut trees, monks, tuk-tuks…these are what Thai people think a foreigner would think of Thailand. We wanted to bring back the casual cafe vibe you get when eating out in Bangkok. One day, we found an old Italian-English caff in Spitalfields called Rosa’s that was available, we went for it and decided to keep the name out of respect…and the rest is history!
